Well, we are all sheltering in place, but thankfully veterinarians and people providing animal care are essential workers. We are here for you during this time, and we want to help you do what's best for your pet's health by helping you understand what type of care they need. Of course, your health and safety are our top priority. We continue to follow all medical guidelines from the CA DPH, CDC and AVMA and have implemented creative scheduling and stringent protocols to make our hospitals clean and safe.

Now, what happens if you're at home with your dog or cat and you think you may need to see the vet? This note is to clarify exactly which veterinary services we currently provide, from emergency services to proactive wellness care and behavior help. The lists below show a few of the urgent and emergency conditions that we are treating in our hospitals versus remote care through our telemedicine process.

Now Offering Telemedicine Appointments for Routine Care

You can still keep your pet healthy and on track during this time. We offer doctor appointments for non-urgent conditions through telemedicine. During these appointments, our veterinarians will assess your pet’s health concern and advise, treat, and write prescriptions. To schedule a telemedicine appointment, your pet must have been seen by one of our doctors within the last year.
